So if you, like many others, are having problems with getting a copy from Amazon - my lawyers advise me it's not a good idea to say what I think about that - then have that naughty weekend away and pick up a copy whilst you're there.
Failing that it will soon be on sale at waterstones in Milton Keynes, UK and WH Smiths in Luton, UK or through The Book Depository who do have it in stock.
